Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway — we don't store your full card details on our servers. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item goes out of stock after you've paid.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices and stock levels accurate, but errors happen — if something's mispriced or unavailable, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves our hands and is with a courier, delays caused by the courier are outside our control, though we'll help track down a lost or delayed shipment.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The text, photography, logo, and design on this site belong to Bakhoor Al Barkaah unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to share a link to a page, but please don't reproduce our content elsewhere without asking first.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bakhoor is meant to be burned with basic care — away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable, and never left unattended. We're not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse of the product outside its intended purpose.
